Our Story
Ding Tea+ & 36 Streets Vietnamese Coffee was born from a simple conviction: the finest beverages are not rushed. Our founders carried recipes passed down through generations — the precise grind for a slow-dripping phin, the perfect balance of condensed milk and robusta, the chewy tapioca pearls made fresh each morning.
Today, that same devotion lives in every drink we pour and every pastry we pull from the oven. We are not a chain. We are a family-run corner of Kirkland where tradition is the recipe and every guest is treated like family.
